Mediation Principles in Counselling.
Mediation involves the structured facilitation of a dispute resolution processes, which can be used in court proceedings and during large retrenchments. However, many basic principles and tools used in mediation also apply to workplace counselling. During the following two episodes, we will explore the use of mediation tools to solve workplace conflicts such as poor performance.
